WEICHERT, REALTORS - PETERS ASSOCIATES

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Peters was a successful real estate broker for eleven years.  While working as an associate broker for the Corcoran Group in Manhattan, she had the opportunity to be involved in the late 1980’s as the on-site sales director for the MacArthur Associates work-out sales project with Chase Manhattan Bank.  This project fueled her interest in corporate restructuring / bankruptcy which led to her legal career.

She served as the Director of Project Development for The Hamilton (330 West 145 Street); and The Langston (68 Bradhurst Avenue) in Manhattan.  More detailed information can be found in her biography posted on www.weichertpeters.com

In 2005, Ms. Peters opened Weichert, Realtors - Peters Associates and as the broker-of-record established an office in Manhattan to serve the community in residential and commercial sales and leasing.  In 2006, she was awarded the position of site selector for the Dormitory Authority of New York State finding homes in New York City for the developmentally disabled.  It is a position she currently holds.

Weichert, Realtors - Peters Associates is uniquely positioned to assist investors and individual home buyers with acquisitions in New York City.

As the economy has changed, and homeowners are faced with dire circumstances, Ms. Peters has focused her attention on assisting those in legal need while her select group of agents continues to work with buyers and sellers
