After First No-Fault Divorce Trial, Judge Ends 56-Year Marriage

And so reads the headline in an article published today in the New York Law Journal.  What appears to be the first trial of a contested no-fault divorce in New York, a Long Island judge brought to a conclusion a 56-year marriage that he determined was "irretrievably broken."  The divorcing parties, Gloria and Sebastian J. Sorrentino, are in their ‘80’s.
